Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Your EntréeBoom service is month-to-month. If our service isn’t working out for you, you may cancel at any time for any reason.
How are credit cards processed?
We don't process the credit card transactions from your EntréeBoom
online sales, you do. Processing of credit cards can be accomplished in
one of two ways:
- Manually process: every time a customer purchases an Instant Gift Certificate, you’ll be notified by email. It’s fast and easy to log in to EntréeBoom and pull up the credit card and buyer information. You then process it like you would a phone order.
- Online processing: Setup your merchant account to accept online transactions via Authorize.net or use PayPal Website Payments Pro — both automatically process credit cards right as sales are made.
How do my customers get their gift certificates?
Your customer prints or emails their Instant Gift Certificate themselves, right away! No more filling out or mailing gift certificates by hand!
How do I redeem Instant Gift Certificates?
EntréeBoom supports multiple options for redemption, from using your existing POS system, checking against a nightly unredeemed report to quick online lookup.
